Symptoms

The following errors are reported in the Enterprise Manager 13.5 file Secure.log 

 $../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/secure.log

Caused by: oracle.jdbc.OracleDatabaseException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSMAN.UK_EM_TOKEN_PRODUCER) violated
