How to Setup Separate Notification Schedules in Enterprise Manager Grid Control Based on Targets Metric Severity (Warning or Critical)?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
It may be required to configure the Notification Rules within Enterprise Manager, to notify different Email ID's based on type of Severity or Target Name.
Case 1: For the same target, Warning level notifications need to be sent to one Email ID : firstname.lastname@example.org while
the Critical Notifications need to be sent to another Email ID : email@example.com.
Case 2: Similarly, you may also want to E-Mail different people based on the Target names.
For all metric severity raised for 'abc' database, email needs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
and for all metric severity raised for 'xyz' database, email needs to be sent to xyz.@xyz.com.
This document provides the necessary steps to accomplish this task in the 10g and 11g EM versions.
