Installing EM 10.2 Grid Control Fails with Web Cache Configuration (Doc ID 345172.1)

Symptoms

When trying to install EM 10.2 Grid Control on Linux Red Hat 3, the following error occurs during the webcache configuration assistant:

Resolution:
Please make sure the values entered in OHS configuration files are correct.
