Symptoms

10g Central Management Agent, or the Application Server Agent 10.1.2.0.2 for 10g AS,  is not stable.

The $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log/emagent.log file is showing following types of errors:

[date/time] Thread-1 Starting Agent 10.1.0.4.2 from /oracle/product/10.1.2.0.2 (00701)
[date/time] Thread-1 EMAgent started successfully (00702)
[date/time] Thread-1553 ORAXML-2, File=, Line=0, Msg=LPX-00002: out of memory (01006)
[date/time] Thread-1566 ORAXML-2, File=, Line=0, Msg=LPX-00002: out of memory (01006)
[date/time] Thread-3617 ORAXML-2, File=, Line=0, Msg=LPX-00002: out of memory (01006)
[date/time] Thread-3619 ORAXML-2, File=, Line=0, Msg=LPX-00002: out of memory (01006)
[date/time] Thread-1 EMAgent abnormal terminating (00704)
