Problem: Agent Installation Using Push Method Fails with Error 'Internal Application Error'

Symptoms
Installing an Agent via Grid Control >> Deployments >> Agent Installation (Install Agent) >> Fresh Install
Enter host details and press Continue
The Agent Install process seems to be working then the following error is displayed.
Application Error
Message : Internal Application Error Click Home to go to Application Home Page
Checking the Agent "push" log files (AgentPrereq_<timestamp>.log) , the following error is displayed -
SEVERE: AgentPrereq:oracle.sysman.prov.deployment.plugins.exception.PluginException: Error while running cmd /opt/app/oracle/product/tmp/ouiSetup -e -b /opt/app/oracle/product -s /opt/app/oracle/product/tmp/oui -p oui -u tmp/unzip, on nodes <HOST_NAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>
SEVERE: AgentPrereq:Error ID : PROV-16011
SEVERE: AgentPrereq:Exception Stacktrace = oracle.sysman.prov.deployment.plugins.exception.PluginException: Error while running cmd /opt/app/oracle/product/tmp/ouiSetup -e -b /opt/app/oracle/product -s /opt/app/oracle/product/tmp/oui -p oui -u tmp/unzip, on nodes <HOST_NAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>
at oracle.sysman.prov.deployment.plugins.plugins.RemoteCommandPlugin.
