Trying to install Grid Control on Linux.
The OC4J Instance Configuration Assistant  failed with these errors in the installActions.log :

Adding web-app 'IsWebCacheWorkingWeb.war' for app 'IsWebCacheWorking'.
Initializing DCM...
OC4J instance 'home' already exists.
Starting OC4J instance 'home'...

ERROR: Start failed.
Error message returned is: OPMN Request: /start?mode=sync&process-type=home
OPMN Response: HTTP/1.1 204 No Content
