Last updated on JUNE 07, 2021
Applies to:
Enterprise Manager Base Platform - Version 10.1.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Important Notes about running repvfy:
- The environment variables ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID must be set to the values for the EM 12c/13c repository database.
- EMDIAG_HOME refers to the location of the EMDIAG Repvfy 12c Kit (Database Cloud Control Repository $ORACLE_HOME/emdiag): set the environment so EMDIAG_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME/emdiag.
- For all repository commands, the password (-pwd) of SYSMAN must be specified. If the repository password is not specified on the command line, the script will prompt the user for the password.
- A repvfy.cfg file can be used to supply input parameters instead of passing them at the command line (a template file called repvfy.cfg.template with a configuration example).
This document describes the parameters available for the repvfy.cfg file which can be used to store input parameter values for the EMDIAG REPVFY: Repository Diagnosis Module.
