Symptoms
While trying to access the Host page for target the following error occurs:

While trying to access the Database or Cluster Database page for target the following error ocurs:
java.lang.Exception: Connection refused
- The <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/log/emagent.trc file may report similar errors:
