Symptoms

After reboot of cluster nodes, the database shows metric evaluation errors and status of unknown. The reported error is:

Message : Received an exception when evaluating sev_eval_proc for:Target name = orcl.orcl1,
metric_name = Response, metric_column = Status; Error msg = ORA-20631: Invalid Agent Unreachable
Clear violation received for : Unreachability clear severity received with current status = 2
