Goal
Metrics browser is a troubleshooting tool, installed as part of Application Server Control (ASC) to display 'raw' data collected by the Management Agent (emagent). When enabled, the Metrics browser can be accessed via a web browser.
Metrics browser only require the agent to be running. It is an excellent tool to troubleshoot metric related issues by confirming that 'raw' data are being collected properly by the emagent process.
The script provided will perform following:
Enable Metric Browser (mbrowser) if not already enabled.
Display mbrowser's URL.
