Enterprise Manager shows No Data Available in Target Host Metric Graphs for Last 7 Days and Last 31 Days (Doc ID 470937.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager 10g, (Database Control or Grid Control) does not show data for Metrics when you select the 7 Days and 31 Days views.

For example, the CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk I/O Utilization, CPU Load, Memory Page

+ Scan Rate and Longest Service Time (ms) metrics all show "No data is currently available" when selecting 'Last 7 days' or 'Last 31 days' from the View Data drop down.

Steps To Reproduce :

1. From the Database Control homepage, click on the link next to 'Host' under the 'General' section.

OR

In Grid Control, click Targets > Hosts, select a host target. 


2. Click on the 'Performance' tab

3. Select 'Last 7 days' or 'Last 31 days' from the 'View Data' drop-down.
