When using Grid Control 10.2.0.4, or 10.2.0.5, the following alerts are raised frequently :
Timestamp=May 29, 2008 9:08:37 AM GMT
Message=Agent has stopped monitoring. The following errors are reported : COLL_DISABLED.
Notification Rule Name=Agents Unreachable
Notification Rule Owner=SYSMAN
When checking the Agent mentioned in the notification, it's functioning, collecting and uploading data properly to the OMS.
