Symptoms

Using 10.2.0.4 Agent on Linux x86 machine.
There is a database on this node which has the CPU patch 6864078 applied to it but the grid
console continues to show the critical patch advisory for this ORACLE_HOME, mentioning that the
patch has not been applied.

RefreshFromMetalink job is running fine.
Trying to refresh the host configuration for this node failed with :
