Symptoms

The Patch Wizard is used to download patches from Metalink (when using the "Online" mode) and to apply them on Agents. There are occasions where this operation could fail if the OMS sits behinds a firewall where very strict rules apply.

Typically, the Patch Job fails on the Cachepatchfile step.

The patch can be uploaded/staged manually and then applied but not in an single job that is: Stage and Apply.
