Error Communicating with Oracle Load Testing Agent When Using a Remote Agent (Doc ID 787978.1)

Symptoms

The Load test never starts, and in the error column of the VU Grid tab displays the message:  "Orphaned agent error: Error communication with Oracle Load Testing Agent process on host machine [agent_name]: Time out after 30 seconds."
