EM DBConsole Reports ORA-03213: Invalid Lob Segment Name for DBMS_SPACE package (Doc ID 809633.1)

From the 10.2 EM DBconsole database administration page, when you go to a table with a lob column, click on the edit tab, and then click on the segments tab, you get these errors:

ORA-03213: Invalid Lob Segment Name for DBMS_SPACE package
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SPACE", line 1822
ORA-06512: at line 1


The issue can easily be tested using a simple table like below:

CREATE TABLE "SCOTT"."TEST_LOB" (A BLOB)
LOB (A) STORE AS (TABLESPACE "USERS");
