Symptoms

New install of AD4J in a new directory tree on the OEM Grid Control server, following the install guide:
(Oracle Enterprise Manager Oracle Application Diagnostics for Java (Oracle AD4J)
Installation Guide 10g Release 4 (10.2.0.4) - E11085-02 - September 2008).

After the "apachectl start" command, errors show up in the logs
and accessing the console (http://<host>:<port>) fails.
