AD4J Throws the Following Error "Unsupported Version" When Using 1.6.0_10 JVM on MS-Windows (Doc ID 831945.1)

AD4J Agent is running on an Application Server.
The JDK on the Application Server is version 1.6.0_10.

In the AD4J console, it throws the error "Unsupported Version" in the JVM activity window.

In the log file error_log, seeing the following message:

"CONSOLE JVM : Sun Microsystems Inc.-1.6.0_10 on <server_machine>.<domain_name> is not
supportedJAM CONSOLE: JVM - 0 is Not Active
JAM Cons Err Processing Request: 32 JVM - 0 is Not Active
jamDAL: jamreq returned 32
return status < 0 from jamDalInst.processRequest"

Just as a useful information, the same jamagent was deployed in a Tomcat Server
and it worked perfectly there. Therefore, there's a problem between Oracle
Application Server (JDK 1.6.0_10) and AD4J (
