AD4J Throws the Following Error "Unsupported Version" When Using 1.6.0_10 JVM on MS-Windows (Doc ID 831945.1)

Symptoms

AD4J Agent 10.2.0.4.0 is running on an 10.1.3.4 Application Server.
The JDK on the Application Server is version 1.6.0_10.

In the AD4J console, it throws the error "Unsupported Version" in the JVM activity window.

In the log file error_log, seeing the following message:


Just as a useful information, the same jamagent was deployed in a Tomcat Server
and it worked perfectly there. Therefore, there's a problem between Oracle
Application Server 10.1.3.4 (JDK 1.6.0_10) and AD4J (10.2.0.4).
