Grid Control Agent Startup Fails in if Timezone is set to Europe/Jersey (Doc ID 865332.1)

New Agent Install on Linux fails to start right after the installation.

The <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/log/emagent.nohup shows:

----- Tue Jun 16 10:24:10 2009::Time elapsed between Launch of Watchdog process and execing
EMAgent is 0 secs -----
(pid=<pid>): starting emagent version
OMS does not understand the timezone region of the agent. Either start the OMS using the extended list of time zones supported by the database or pick a value of time zone from /AGENT_HOME/sysman/admin/nsupportedtzs.lst , update the property 'agentTZRegion' in the file /AGENT_HOME/sysman/config/ and
restart the agent. A value which is around an offset of +01:00 from GMT should be picked.
(pid=<pid>): emagent now exiting abnormally - initialization failure. Consult '.trc' and '.log' files.

The 'emctl config agent getTZ' command retunrs:
