Remedey Connector Fails After Grid Control Agent and Plug-in Upgrade to 10.2.0.5 (Doc ID 872675.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Remedy Connector 1.1.5.0
Grid/Agent: 10.2.0.5
Working correctly with 1.0.4.0 in 10.2.0.4
But it fails after upgrade with
Can't find file createTicketResponse.xsl.

But:
File createTicketResponse.xsl is available at:
var/opt/app/grid/10.2.0.4/oms10g/sysman/connector/Remedy_Service_Desk_Connector/createTicketResponse
.xsl

Also registering the templates again:
