Goal

This article describes the procedure for backing up an Oracle Real User Experience Insight (RUEI) instance. This includes backup of the database, as well as the configuration, session diagnostics and replay data. It is recommended that the RUEI Administrator and relevant system administrator(s) review the material in this article.
