Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Master Agent is installed successfully on a nfs mount point and is not started.
When installing working agent on the same server the install fails with the error
'OUI-10197:Unable to create a new Oracle Home at <Master Agent Home path>. Oracle Home already exists at this location. Select another location.'AttachHome failed.'
