Goal

How to manually add the SEND_BUFFER_SIZE,RECV_BUFFER_SIZE, SDU, MDU, TDU (Local Naming SQL Net parameters) to the connection description for the repository database, to ensure that the OMS will use these parameters when making a connection to the repository database.
