Multiple Outstanding Metric Errors For Cluster Targets leftover after Failover (Doc ID 959682.1)

Symptoms

After a cluster target has failed over, there are multiple metric alerts left over in the GRID Control Console.

This problem can also be captured by running the following test from the EM Diag kit:
