User Defined Dimension Fields Missing When Using MultiLoad via Batch Loader and Alternate Adapter (Doc ID 1051803.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2016

Applies to:

Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management - Version: 11.1.1.2.00 to 11.1.1.3.00 - Release: 11.1 to 11.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Some of the locations within the FDM application are set to use an alternate target system adapter (it is not the system default).  Within the alternate adapter the UD5-UD8 dimensions are enabled.  The file being loaded is a properly defined text based multiload file.

When loading the multiload file via the batch loader, the UD5-UD8 dimension values are not being imported properly.  If the multiload file is loaded using the standard multiload process (Activities > Multiload), rather than the batch loader, the values are imported properly.
