Is there any way to accomplish the following without doing manual JavaScript scripting, using only the Dashboard Builder utilities or add ons?

Users may create an interface for accessing Interactive Reporting reports using the IR Dashboard Builder wizard with the provided Dashboard Templates. The filtering that is available via the templates allows filtering on the result set; however large data sets require filtering on the Query section level in order to keep performance at an acceptable level.

Users prefer to use a checkbox method to select filters on the main dashboard home page, and have those filters passed to all appropriate queries. Some filters may apply to all queries, while other filters may apply to only few of the queries. Users would like to enter them and have them propagated to the correct queries.
