"Apply Permissions to Children" Does Not Cascade to Folder Contents (Doc ID 1058573.1)

Symptoms

  1. In Workspace, you add permissions to a folder.

  2.  After saving, you right-click on the folder, and choose "Apply permissions to children".
     When you log in with a limited-access ID that you added to the folder permissions, you cannot see any of the folder contents.

  3. With an administrator ID, you change the permissions on the objects in the folder to "Inherit", and "Apply permissions to children".
    The limited-access user ID still cannot see the objects.
