Symptoms

Interactive Reporting web client fails to install on desktop machines.

Internet Explorer Errors are as follows:

"Unexpected status 200 (OK) returned on http://www.installengine.com/oci_range_check.txt access check
Please check if the server is properly configured."

"Unexpected response  returned on http://www.installengine.com/oci_range_check.txt access check
Please check if the server is properly configured."

"The following add-on was running when this problem occurred:
Add-on Name: SetupLauncherX.dll"
