Goal

1) Customer would like to know the base practice in setting the MAX_CACHE_ENTRY_SIZE parameter?
2) What is the maximum value can be set? At which point, it is useless to create such a big cache file?

So far to make Cache Seeding work, the customer has had to increase the size of parameter MAX_CACHE_ENTRY_SIZE from 1M to 10M, then from 10M to 20M.
The customer might need to increase it again depending on the sizes of other Cache files to be created.
