Cannot search users in Shared Services after upgrade to 11.1.1.x.

This can happen if the OpenLDAP folder is named incorrectly, in wrong location, or unavailable during migration.

In the case OpenLDAP folder was not in the correct location
(or if the correct folder had been renamed).

If OpenLDAP folder had been renamed. (it will not bring over the correct OpenLDAP data)
