OBIEE 10g is installed on a cluster of two UNIX servers.

When trying to save an iBot, you get the following error:

Oracle BI Scheduler Error: [nQSError: 76015] The active Oracle BI Scheduler instance in the cluster could not be determined. Either we could not connect to the controlling Oracle BI Cluster Controller, or no active Oracle BI Scheduler instance exists. Error Details Error Codes: GYFPI8RN

NQScheduler.log shows:

2010-03-09 18:25:50
[71076] Oracle BI Scheduler vuxobi03:9705 has been changed to an Inactive state.
2010-03-09 18:27:09
[nQSError: 12033] A client tried to connect to a server that is not of the right type.
