Symptoms

When users open a second Planning form in a new tab of excel sheet or try to expand the form folder in order to look for the form, the error "Your session is not valid. Please logon again. Do you want to connect with username/password" occurs.

If the user tries re-entering user name and password after the above-referenced error then another error, "Cannot perform operation. Make sure you are signed onto the server" occurs.
