Oracle has discovered an issue related to Daylight Savings Time in Hyperion Reporting and Analysis Foundation that affects schedules attached to certain events. Under certain conditions, the next run time for recurring time events is miscalculated. If this happens, any scheduled jobs associated with a miscalculating event will be repeatedly submitted for execution.

Immediately after the daylight savings time (DST) change, thousands of duplicate jobs enter job queue (V8_SCHEDULEQUEUE).  Problem can occur in Spring and Fall...both going into and coming out of DST.

This happens when daylight savings time changes at the time a job is scheduled to run (and for about an hour afterwards).
