Application Error on First Login of FDM (Doc ID 1075270.1)

When logging into FDM for the first time, the login page is returned.  The end user selects the application name and enters their login name and password and clicks Logon.  The main page has the POV bar and Navigation menus at the top and the side, but the page contains a white screen with:

Application Error:

Unable to locate hyperionfdm/authorizedpage/logon.aspx

Clicking on any menu item in the window displays the main page properly and it is fine moving forward.
