Purpose

The following information is helpful when troubleshooting issues related to Web Data Entry Form (WDEF) exports to Microsoft Excel directly from the Hyperion Financial Management Web interface.

Scope

Starting in HFM 9.3.1.1, several changes to the Web Data Enty Form Export/Import process were made to resolve issues caused by Microsoft depreciating support for HTML in an xls file in Excel 2007 and Excel 2010
