EPMA Error "Unable to process the request" When Deploying HFM Application (Doc ID 1081827.1)

Symptoms

After logging into the Workspace and selecting Administer -> Application Library the following error message is returned:

Error: Unable to process the request
The session is not authenticated.


After clicking on OK button, the message disappears, but it appears again following any future deployment of a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application.
