Runtime Prompt Pop-up Window Will Show Planning "initial" Screen on Oracle Database when Rule Exceeds Business Rule's Time Out. (Doc ID 1082453.1)

If a long-term business rule which has a runtime prompt exceeds the Business Rule's time out, the pop-up window will show another Planning screen which will be displayed right after user log-on. The issue occurs on Oracle Database not on SQL Server.

The following message in the HyS9Planning-sysout.log:

"Business Rule execution time has exceeded the maximum configured wait time. Business Rule will now be executed in the background. To check Business Rule execution status, open the Job Console page."
