Symptoms
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) users are not able to click through to the journal detail from the Entity Details screen in HFM 11.1.1.3. The following error message is displayed:
The journal no longer exists in the system. the Journal you are trying to load has been deleted and cannot be processed. An unknown error has occurred in the HsvJournalsACM object.
However, the journal has not been deleted, because its detail can be accessed from the Process Journals module.
