Symptoms

Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) 11g installation on Microsoft Windows.

Unable to access to the Enterprise Manager (EM) after a successful installation. Trying to access to http://localhost:7001/em, after login it displays a blank page and hangs.

In the AdminServer's console, it appears the next warning messages :
