The users have reported log in/log out problems in Workspace when using Internet Explorer 7. The symptoms are:
- "Authenticating User" message comes up and the “wheel” stops turning but nothing happens.
- "Authenticating User" message comes up and the “wheel” keeps turning but nothing happens.
- "Authenticating User" message comes up and after about 30 seconds the iexplore.exe process hangs and users have to kill the process.
Sometimes the users have to close every open Internet Explorer window or kill the process iexplore.exe and then the second login usually works.
