Symptoms

Sporadic "5200: Error executing query: The data form grid is invalid. Verify that all members selected are in Essbase. Check log for details.com.hyperion.planning.HspException"

Error can occur when multiple users try to run a report at the same time, but is not readily reproducible.

Also within Planning, when you open the related Planning form, you receive the message:

"The form is invalid".
