Diagnostic Report Fails for EPMA With Error: "AppMgrLoadAdf failed when requesting information from EPMA" (Doc ID 1151903.1)

Diagnostic report errors out for all the EPMA services though all the services are up and running.


Launch external checker with next command: java -DEPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE=D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1 -Djava.util.logging.config.class=oracle.core.ojdl.logging.LoggingConfiguration -Doracle.core.ojdl.logging.config.file=D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\config\validation\\validationTool-logging.xml

Error: AppMgrLoadAdf failed when requesting information from EPMA. Please check that all EPMA services have started and are currently running.

The validation log throws the error:

Unable to access:

http://Web server:port/awb/conf/AWBConfig.xml, where Web Server is the Web server machine host name and port is the Web server listen port.

Able to access:

URL: http(s)://Local_machine_name/hyperion-bpma-server/Sessions.asmx
