How to Add Items to a Tasklist in Financial Management 11.1.2 and higher

Users of Financial Management versions before 11.1.2 may be familiar with the "Manage Tasklist" module, which allows items to be added to a Tasklist, for example adding a Web Data Entry Form (WDEF), Data Grid or a Related Content document.    In versions previous to 11.1.2 the interface provided two obvious action buttons labelled "Add" and "Remove" within the Manage Tasklist main content frame.  

Some customers are contacting Global Software Support regarding the behaviour of this module in 11.1.2 release, since these buttons are no longer evident.    The functionality has been moved and some guidance is required.
