The Shared Services and Reporting and Analysis services install is distributed across two servers. One server has all Financial Reporting services except the web service. The other server has Shared Services, the Core Service, and all of the web services.
Since the software install, no one can access Financial Reporting Studio, nor can they run reports in Workspace. In Studio, after login, the splash screen disappears and leaves a white outline on the screen. Studio never loads. Users cannot connect to Workspace, but receive a blank gray window.
After you uninstalled the software and rebooted the Reporting Server, then recycled all Reporting and Analysis services, the problem persists.
