Purpose
Provide solutions to common problems with HSGETVALUE in Smart View.
I. HSGETVALUE Refresh in SmartView displays the value #NAME instead of data.
II. Unable to enable function "HSGETVALUE" in SmartView against Essbase.
III. How can we reduce the amount of timeouts we get when using a spreadsheet contains hundreds of HSGetValue() and HSSetValue() commands?
