What is the Meaning of Termination Dates in HR Analytics?

On: Oracle BI Applications 7.9.6, Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5.10.
Termination Dates in HR Analytics' reports (for example: Dashboards > Human Resources > US Statutory Compliance > AAP-Termination Detail Listing - Involuntary) are always one (1) day after the last working day of an employee.
For example, in the Oracle e-Business Suite's form: People > Others > End Employment, an Employee's notified / actual Termination Date may be 23-Oct-2009 (which is his last working day); but in the Oracle BI Applications' dashboard report the Termination Date is reported as 24-Oct-2009.
It was expected that the Termination Date in HR Analytics would match the last working day / last date of employment of the Employee. Why are the dates different?
