Task Lists Do Not Work After Applying Planning Patch When Deployed on Websphere (Doc ID 1210023.1)

Symptoms

Planning Task Lists do not display correctly in Basic View in Planning. The list of tasks is visible in the left panel, but trying to click on any task has no visible effect and results in a JavaScript error ("cannot find the topPlanningWindow.topframe"), visible as a yellow triangle icon in the bottom left hand corner of the browser.

Redeploying Planning using the configuration utility (which is part of the patching procedure) does not resolve the issue.

This issue is specific to Planning when deployed on IBM Websphere.

The issue occurs after applying a Planning service fix.
