Error " 90:7019: Failed To Process The Request" In Shared Services User Provisioning

In Shared Services an error message is displayed after doing the following:
1. Select an Active Directory user
2. Double click on user id or right-click and select "Properties"
3. Click on tab: "Member Of"
Error message is: "90:7019:Failed to process the request"
The users are part of Native Groups.
