DRM Unable to Make Shared Node into Primary (Doc ID 1211221.1)

Symptoms

User cannot manually convert a Shared Node to Primary Node due to Primary Node being missing.

Error: "Primary node '...' does not exist in the '...' hierarchy"

Error: "Unable to make the Shared Node Primary due to the following reason: Server was unable to process request. ---> ... node already exists in the ... hierarchy. This can also be caused by inserting an orphan branch that has duplicates"

(Where node and hierarchy names are represented by '...')
