FDM users provisioned through groups do not appear in the list of available users in FDM (Doc ID 1229893.1)

Symptoms

Users who have been provisioned through groups in Shared Services do not appear in the list of available users in FDM "User Maintenance"

In some cases, the following error message is displayed when trying to access "User maintenance" screen:

"Error: This application is not registered with Shared Services. Please use the FDM User Migration Utility to register this application.
Detail: InnerException1: EnumPrincipals():"
